I have been going through a lot and I haven't been exercising because of the severe constipation. My stomach was swollen and my back and sides were hurting. I would go to work and come home and sleep all day. I only lost 1 pound during this ordeal! I am ready to get back on track and try to reach my goal of 175 by Christmas (my birthday) I haven't had a fill yet, but my next appointment is Oct. 2, 2010 and I am scare out of my mind to get that needle stuck through my stomach. Is it going to hurt? Please say it won't!
