I slept most of the day yesterday for some reason! I walk for an hour EVERY morning and I sip water while walking (usually drink a bottle before I'm done walking) Once I get home, I am so tired. I take a shower and then I sleep the remainder of the day. The nutritionist said that I was doing a lot better than I thought and to keep up the good work.... I hope he wasn't just brushing me off! I need a second opinion guys, do this sound alright? I just feel like I need more stuff in my stomach. I'm not hungry or anything, but this just don't feel right! What about my hair! lol! Is it gonna fall out if I don't get more nutrients in my body!
