I am doing well but hate to here your problems. Jsut so you know you are not alone I have been craving sweets all the sudden but have also been under a lot of stress from my job.Please let me know how that works as i am a horrible person bout 2 weeks prior and during mine to. It is so bad that i dont even like myself.So if it works for you I may try it -

How is everyone? I just wanted to share that yesrerday i was goffing off and decided to try on some of my husbands sleep pants that are a mens medium and guess what the fit without being to tight. I still have a long way to go but that helped me a lot because i thought they were a large till i went to put them on and when i saw a medium i said they will never fit. Have a good day everybody -

jason that is wonderful news and i have not ever done the 24 hr liquids after a fill but will from now on. one quick question i am getting between 750 and 900 calories a day do you think it is ok I was watching biggest loser last night and the made a comment about 1200 calories being what is needed. Finally i will be at the walk and i can not wait for it -

i have only had one fill and did not get deadend and it was no more painfull than a regular shot. I drink Eas AdvantEdge carb control from walmart 17g protein and 2g net carbs and 9 sugar. Chocolate and strawberry are my favorite the are 4 for 4.97. Just passing that along i usually drink 2 a day to g et all my protein in -
