Hey your welcome!!!! this is my thoughts on fills people think that a fill is like some rite of passage I mean think about it doctors schedule the first one 4-6 weeks out from surgery, they're cashing in big time on this ,most of us are still on soft foods so of course we're hungry the food is just sliding through, mashed potatoes and applesauce is not going to fill us up.
My surgeon said he wanted me to challenge my band not baby it and he says how great if you're losing a pound or two a week and still eating the foods you love
Would getting a fill speed up weight loss... probably but I for one will not live off of slider foods because that's all I could get down...
So I try and focus on chicken breast fish, pork chops hard boiled eggs and stuff like that and I walk 2.5 miles every day.
At some point I will need a fill but for now I am enjoying the ride.
I will send my email in a private message use it anytime!!!!!

Hey girl, just wanted to see how things were going with you. Last time we talked you may have had a dilated pouch. Hope things worked themselves out!
