I'm Carrie and I was banded on Aug 3rd. . . I'm 2 days post op now! YAY

DoodleBunny I was banded on Monday . . . and monday morning I woke up "What the hell have I gotten myself into". You will be fine. . . big HUGS to you! and let me know how you do. I'm enjoying my lime green Jello. . . favorite and some grape juice. . . and I'm not the least bit hungery

Thank you to everybody!! I just am afraid that I'll be the one that looses 20# in a year. . . the one that nobody will ever notice. Or it will take a year to hit my sweet spot! I'm just starting to freak out. I had a nightmare last night that I woke up from surgery two times bigger than I am now!

right now I just want to order pizza, have a diet Dew and watch a movie. .. . that would make me feel better

I'm an emotional freight train!! Excited, nervous, scared, and all the WHAT IF's are running through my mind!!

Maybe I should rephrase that. . . .Are there non typical things that will make my night and travel home more comfortable. Aside of my own toothbrush, comfy clothes etc.

I have a date scheduled for Aug 3. I have so many questions. . . . First of all. . . my husband was recently layed off. . . permanently so I'm looking for a economical protein drink that is tasty. . . If I don't like it I'm probably not going to drink it. How many of you have a hard time sticking to the fat free/sugar free goodies? Im a Diet Mountain Dew addict. . . 5-8 cans a day. Okay I"m down to 2 now but aweful headaches. What have you others turned to. . . I'm not a good water drinker
