Hi Everyone I have looked at the posts here and haven't really found what I was looking for. What I am looking for is sample menus from people that have been successful in losing weight. I am having a hard time losing weight and being imaginative and creative in the food department. So, with that being said, if any of you could put just post what you eat for Breakfast, lunch and dinner I would really appreciate it. Thank you,
