I have been heavy for a long time. I have tried so many diets, they worked for a while then back comes the weight.I started getting some health issues that I needed to get fixed. The first time I seen my Dr. Newman I was 257 pounds and needed help fast. I had surgery On July 7, 2009. I am starting to loose weight already. I knew that if I didn't get this done I would end up getting diabetes or worse. I am so exited about my future and getting healthy.
