You are going to treat exercise like an appointment and stick to it. The time you spend with your BOYFRIEND and be exercise time. YOu don't have to be in a gym to do it. You can walk. and use the WII and the exercise DVD's you have. 30 minutes a day is better than none. A 30min. hard workout is beeter than an hour soft workout. I just went for a walk this morning and did 100 squats and 100 jumping jacks and ran in between. You can do it. By the way be prepared to do the same when I see you in 2wks.
