    I was banded on 7/15 and have started "mushies". Does anyone have any ideas on healthy mushies that I could eat? Just a little unsure of exactly what "mushies" is supposed to be? Thanks.

    Hi Gretchen. I would definitely go back to your doctor to get a fill. It doesn't sound like you should have been able to gain weight back if your food is restricted. Also have you started walking? Don't lose confidence!!!
