I was banded on 7/15 and have started "mushies". Does anyone have any ideas on healthy mushies that I could eat? Just a little unsure of exactly what "mushies" is supposed to be? Thanks. -

Hi Gretchen. I would definitely go back to your doctor to get a fill. It doesn't sound like you should have been able to gain weight back if your food is restricted. Also have you started walking? Don't lose confidence!!!

The doctor told me protein shakes on week 2. I have been drinking Isopure and it is keeping me somewhat full.
