Yes! I stopped losing for about 3 months! It was awful, but I changed up my food and I added more cardio to my work outs. Are you working out? It is a MUST to excercise! Take your vitamins! I am very strict with myself! But on ocassion I cheat.. you have to sometimes, just dont make it a habit. Ususally when you are at a stand still its because your body has hit a plataue.. the way to change that is adding more fiber, grain fat burning foods, limit your fruits, add more greens and protiens, no soda!!
