I'm 18 years old. I applied for LapBand surgery when i was 16, went through all of the doctors and was unfortunately denied by my insurance. The second time around, i went through what seems like more doctors, including a stress test which i've never taken. My hopes were not geared towards Lapband, i would much rather Gastric Bypass for personal reasons, but my doctor will not perform the surgery. I am having my surgery in about five days and i am nervous.
