hi im 52 i weight 232bls 5/7 inch tall my weight was 252 the day of my surgery that was march 2nd 09 i think about 900 calories a day most of them from my protein shakes . -

hi ,i have a protein shake in the morning ,for lunch i have half a can of tuna and the remainder for supper and for snacks i eat rice crakers are dry cereal and i drink lots of water . -

hi i had my surgery march 2nd 2009 ,had 2 fills so far and i have only lost 20 bls gained 3 bls last week ,i eat very little and walk a lot why cant i lose any weight. -
i have only lost 20 bls sice my surgery and that march 2nd why cant i lose any weight im not a big eater i cant understand why im not losing.
