Guardian

I have been trying to loose weight on my own for years, tried every diet and quick fix known to man. Like lots of others I could take a few pounds off and then put it right back on and usually with a couple of extra pounds. I have Hypertension and I am on two medications to control it, I have sleep apnea and have to use the Cpap at night, I don't remember the last good nights sleep that I had and Finally I have been resently told that I'm boarderline Diabetic with a 6.2 A1C, thats that last straw time to do something about this......
