Just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss!!! What a fabulous job!!!! How did you do it??? I had my surgery in August of 07 and still would like to lose another 20-25 pounds!!! Any ideas or helpful hints would be deeply appreciated. AGAIN CONGRATS ON YOUR LOSS!!!!
