I am 31 years old and like most everyone here is ready for a healthy lifestyle and ready to get the weight off.  I have been on diets since the age of 9 yrs old.  I think I have been on every diet that has ever come out.  I am here to see what others have experienced with the lap band surgery as I am starting to get nervous about my decision. My surgery will be on the morning of July 31, 2009.  I start my pre op liquid diet on Friday July 17 yum yum. :) I will update more at a later date.  Good luck to all.
