I'm still frustrated with my 4 cc's and no restriction. I had this surgery to help me eat smaller portions and I'm not getting anywhere. Help! -
How have you lost that much weight? My surgery was 4-29 and I only lost 10 lbs. at the beginning. I feel no restriction--only fill brought me up to 4 cc's

My gosh, that's a lot of weight since June. How did you do it?

I'm experiencing the same thing. AFter first fill I'm still hungry and can eat too much food. I go back On Aug. 3rd and hope to get another fill to get some restriction. My doctor goes slowly, too.

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

I've had one fill and I still can eat too much. I have 4 cc's. I'm frustrated.
