HI there, Tricare was easy for me - I was one of the first approved when they decided it was a covered procedure (so things may have changed since then). My Dr. said I had Sleep Apnea (I did - and had surgery to fix it years before), so I don't know if that may have played a part in it - but they approved me right away - no additional documentation needed or anything!
