Tallgrass on Wanamaker has support groups once a month on Tuesday (I think its the 4th Tuesday) and once a month on Saturday (not sure what Sat. of the month). Deb:thumbup: Oh, the Saturday meetings may be at St. Francis. You'll have to call Tallgrass to find out. -
I had lap band on Jan. 8, 2009. They gave me too much blood thinner and I almost died. But I made it thanks to God. I began weighing in 2008, 322lbs. and now 212lbs. Having trouble with what I can eat and not. They said only up to 40 carbs per day, everything is a carb and I can't find anything to eat other than the raw fruits (some) and veggies and meat. Stomach is bloated and very constipated. Can't afford the Dietician they want to send me to and ins. won't pay. Help! Any ideas? Deb
