Had my first fill about 3 wks ago..The Dr put in 5 cc..took about a week or so to get accustomed to what I could eat..Have started to lose a little wait..Down about 5 pounds..Hard getting in the exercise..I don't eat as much as I used to however I don't think I have that full feeling you are supposed to have...If I eat slow I can still eat a good portion....:thumbdown: I have lost about 21 punds since I first got Banded in July..so I feel pretty good...Just need to keep motivated....
