I have an offer to travel to Argentina (I live in Philadelphia) about 3 weeks after my surgury. Anyone here travel that soon after a banding?

Anyone eat a salad pre-op? Is lettuce totally out of bounds?

Def don't be freaked out! but i'm not gonna lie.. its def diffucult when you start. I know I can do it but its gonna be tough! I called my doctor and they were very strict on saying NO FOOD!! I'm on the shakes, diet coke, crystal light etc and thats it! Whoaaaaaaaaaaa

Yeah, there saying shakes ONLY and some diet sodas, crystal light... Jeez this is gonna be difficult!! If I had some chicken will they know?? Lol

So I just started my liquid diet today and I have a few questions. Ive read alot but IM still not 100% sure. Am i ONLY allowed to drink these shakes and nothing else? Is having a small piece of chicken possible? A fat free yougart? thanks!
