:sad:I have my 2nd nutrition appointment on Friday and haven't lost any weight! I'm worried they will think I can't do this. Changing my diet is the hardest thing for me. I have stopped drinking anything with caffeine and carbonation. I quit chewing gum, using straws, and drinking with my meals. I have been eating every 2-3 hour like they want me too but I don't always make the best choices. I feel like I have made a lot of changes but I worry it's not enough. Anyone else have with the same kind of issues? or can anyone give any positive outlooks?
