    I was banded on july 17th 2009 and I am in my third week. At the first meeting before preop diet I weighted 396lbs and right now I am at 374lbs! So, I ve lost 22 pounds ( I am 6'2''). Right now, I am going to mushy foods and exercising a bit more on my bike. Loosing weight right now is hard, but I am confident to heal before thinking about weight loss! TY Phil
