I am from the Southern Indiana area and hope to be banded within the next 3 months by Dr. Lankford! It would be nice to hear about how things are going ...I am going through my physician for the pre-op supervised diet so I havent had a lot of experience with the weight loss center!:-) -

I keep hearing bad things about slider foods...What are they-I would imagine its food that goes down easy, but give me some examples! Thanks a bunch!

Hi! I am new to this site, and I am very happy I found it! I am still in the supervised diet period (month 5). I feel like I am holding my breath until I am officially approved and have a date! I was very excited when I got my date for my psych eval (July 15)...ha-ha! Looking forward to meeting new people and having the knowledge and support of people in a similar situation!:tongue_smilie:
