Hey everyone,
Well I was banded on the 9/10/09 and am two and half weeks later and still on liquids as I have no want/need to want food yet but I know I will have to make that step lol
Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be some good first mash food ?.......
On the upside I have lost 6 kg since being banded so am very happy with that as I havent been able to do exercise yet due to a previous injury.......
