  1. What you have lost is equally awesome! You are healthier and that is really what matters, not the number of pounds :) I have stepped up my exercise routine, but I don't do anything excessive...usually 45-60 minutes of cardio 3-5x/week. I limit my calorie intake to around 900 calories a day. I basically try to eat high protein, high fiber and low fat/calorie foods. I don't really limit where I eat because I can usually ask for foods without sauce or mayo. I also limit my portion sizes and I still am never all that hungry. I hope that sticks around for awhile so I can hit goal and maintain!!!
