Hi! I am eating about 4 to 6 oz of food each meal and in between I snack on a few wheat crackers and cheeses. I eat few veggies, raw and chew them good is more filling. My last fill a week ago is very good and tight! I want to drink more now and not eat as much, I am depressed over losing three friends in the past month! Just horrible and so unexpected for two of them. I think my cc's are at about 5.6 in an 11cc band so about half full! I don't think i will ask for one this month, it is still so tight I feel like I will choke sometimes. I am going to get back to the gym three times per week, so I can get this weight coming off faster too! Good luck just keep on keeping on!:smile:
