I am on the liquid pre-op diet and I have to drink 6 packets of the Carnation Instant Breakfast a day and I was wondering if anyone has ever heated the milk instead of drinking it cold? The instuctions on the box says one cup cold skim milk. Thanks Tracey

Im getting my band on the 18th. I just made my pre-op appointments and they it is on the 5th of October. I have been waiting and waiting for this and it is almost here. I'm a little scared but I know I will love being banded. Good luck to everyone. Tracey

i sooo feel the same way. i too have "friends" that i talk to and i so get the feeling that i'm not really apart of the group. i do believe that it is my weight that sets me apart from them. i just think how are they going to treat me after i lose all my weight? i think that if they treat me better after i lose the weight then i'll be mad at them, then i'm no better than they are. tracey

Congratulations!!! I can't wait until I know when my date is going to be, just waiting to hear from the doctors office. Hopefully I will know soon. I know you are probably soooo excited. Again congratulations and good luck. tracey
