Yeah 7lbs only. you have done great wow!! 27 lbs thats crazy! since when exactly? Man my body is slow, my 1st adjustment is on Aug 3rd I'm looking forward. My body is healing pretty well and now I can eat more and its sucks because I am. plus my period is coming and I alway retain alot of water. What is your goal? and by when?

You know what I had my 1st appt today and forgot to ask, damn. I was so going to ask, but my Doctor talks alot and he's cute so I can't focus. I will call him today.

buy some gas x or that milky stuff for gas I also heard about this stuff you put under your thong I cant remember the name (of course), well it will get better very soon. I weighted in and I weight 208 they had me at 218 june 15, so thats 10 lbs before & after surgery. The dr. said I can eat soft food now and on Sunday I can try eating regular foods... can't wait I'm always hungry it seems like, and the minute I eat I'm stuffed 1 1/2 hrs later I'm hungry. My right side is still buggin me (all well I'll live) bye later.

Congrats! just take it easy and I hope you have a blender or magic bullet to make smoothies and blend your soups it amkes everything easier.

trust me it gets better, is the gas getting to you? I heard you should try this milky stuff for gas I cant remember the name it starts with "m" or gas x and walk alot. I had my surgery on the 3rd I feel way better but only lost 7 lbs I feel like I should have lost more I hope I do I'm getting depressed and I have no patients.

I'm good nervous my surgery date is tomorrow and it got moved up to 11am, so I'm good just nervous. how are you? how long go was your surgery?
