What type of toning do you do? I hope to get a trainer eventually. I"m using the treadmills at work during lunch (walking on incline), 4 days per week, And, depending on the week, doing 4 or 5 times per week at the gym in the evenings. (so I'm working out about twice a day, but about 4 times per week-- I've only been doing this for a couple months-- before that I worked out much less. But my weight loss has slowed quite a bit, and I knew I needed to kick things up a notch. I was banded May 09) In the evenings, while at the gym I usually do elliptical for a while, then some weight machines. I've found that if I do the "sit up" type weight machine too much, I can't eat for quite a while after-- I feel too tight. It kinda scared me at first, like maybe I'm stressing my band or something, but the Dr said it's ok!
Do you feel tighter sometimes after working out? It's only for a little while.
