I was banded on 2nd June, and have now started chewing, and chewing, and chewing. How do others cope with having cold food on their plates? I like cold food, but not cold food that is supposed to be hot.

A friend of mine (actually, the girl in the next bed during surgery) recommended this site, and she's a great inspiration. Bx
