Thanks -- good to hear from you too!! I started using a iPhone app again - called loseit and I am hoping that it jumpstarts me again. I really don't think I have hit the "sweet spot" yet - but my dr is working hard at getting me there:) I haven't given up - just getting worried that I am back sliding!!!
