Thanks so much for this! I had no idea about papaya/pineapple enzyme chewables. I had my 3rd adjustment last Monday and I had been having such a hard time eating just about anything since and not experiencing pain and discomfort. So, I got the ones from Trader Joes as suggested (only $2.49 per 100) and chewed a few with my lunch today. So much better, I can't even tell you! And this 3rd adjustment is really having an impact as well, my portion sizes are now down dramatically. Thanks again for sharing this, it was so much help to me.
