Hey Nancy! Yes I am getting nervous! Excited but a little nervous. I've been thru multiple surgeries but I have bad veins. I'm concerned about them getting the IV started. When I had my hysterectomy 10 years ago it was horrible.....I stopped counting at 10 sticks and that was in the OR with the anesthesiaologist (sp?)on one arm and a nurse on the other. Both poking at the same time! OUCH!

Do you have to do a pre-op diet? I do not. Just curious.
