sorry oops docs orders.nevr got them just the paperwork from TBLC, and it says yogurt and cottage cheese 15 days pre op then clear fluid 1 week aftre band, then ful fluid one week aftre that and lastly 2 weeks pureed

okay nopop, and I wil call nisreen and ask, God I am starved like I said and I ate 3 huge yogurts, I can't handle th ecottage cheese..........3 containers in my fridge, I could ship them to Barrie, or Orillia!

Well folks this is it i guess. Lat night of eating, gorging etc before my cottage cheese and yogurt....yech! actually I did not gorge as much aI was planning. I was completly embarrassed tonight when I went out togeta scale as the one I have doesn't go that far. He went on it 6times saying nothing was wrong with it, and yet I said it doesn't work and then finally had to say look I am obviously fatter than what the scale goes to, and I was soo humiliated. We were going to go to the manadrin tonight but we have been fighting all day and I am exhausted. I jsut can't deal with this relationship and this lap band thing too. How do I gather up the strength to do it? I mean you guys are or hve done it and I am scared crapless. I wil try to do the cottage cheese thing , but can I, if I have never stuck with anything in my life? So tomorrow I will get weighed, take my measurements, throw up after what i see I guess...and hopefully get on and get through it. Please don;t leave me folks I am going to need you for a bit. thanks

I mean, I ate as much perhaps as two people but what the hey, it was good for me. Okay so I took your advice. I bought another csale. it didn't read TILT this time. So here goes I am 5'9 " and I now eigh 320 lbs...THERE I SAID IT and ya knwo what I have NEVER told anyone that. no one, I even refuse to get weighed by the skinny little nurse at the docs office. Just being able to tel someone that is huge for me. I took my measuremnts,,and the frigging tape wasn;t big enough for my hips...lol but aren't I in proportion when my hips are 12 inches more than my bust? Problem is my wast is only two inches smaller than my boobs. So here it begins i guess , now this is a stupid question but I was never told by the TBLC folks gow much cottage cheesesand yogurt I am supposed to eat??????? I mean a 1/3 cup is 130 calories , isn't that stupid? i could eat a small chocolate for that amount:heh: . ( I won't) So I bought loads of crystal light too and it begin. I am stil brain dead re thre ticker thing and a very nice person sent me the instructions and everything, sooountil I fugure it out, I will just write it. okay so carbonated drinks is not a clear thing yet and do what works...I undersatnd the gas theory but it expands your stomach?? whew great. Yoda and donna you both know so much more than i do and I appreciate your help. Also Yoda i don't feel like i do know that much I just have the info packet they gave me, nothing else, it doesn't say how much to chew after and says i cannot drink for up to 2 hours after eating and I thought I heard 30 mins, so I am a little confused, I thnk I will write a frigging book after this thing is done.
