I am newbie to all of this & trying to navigate this site so that someone might be able to read & comment back to me.I am doing well, I think after my Lapband was put on 6/14/09 T date I have lost 12 lbs. (starvation, I think) I have been sooooo sore & had alot more pain than I thought that I would have had. It is time for me to start walking & going to gym. I am sure that this will speed up my weight lose. When will this left side soreness go away?
