Yes working out does become apart of the new you. Im suppose to be gettin ready to go out with my girlfriends but I had to get my hr in b/c I know when i get in Im not going to do it. I work out 5 days a week. For my birthday my husband bought me an elliptical machine which is very effective. I also purchased these great videos for rainy days called walking away the pounds, which provides great cardio. The area I live in is very hilly so I clocked a mile and mix that in with everything else. I do a lot of muscle confussion and change my work outs about every week or when I ger bored with the same routine. Ive had a trainer at first, I just felt like it was a waist of money. Now Im thinking about it b/c Im falln off in areas I dont want to lose all at once. If you know what I mean.

The only thing I'm doing now is walking. Just got the OK from my doctor to join the gym so I'll do that next week. I've noticed my arms are getting a little jigly so I definitely need to start lifting weights. I don't know anything about working out so I'm thinking about getting a personal trainer at first just so I can learn the basics. I heard that once you start going to the gym on the regular it gets addicting...lets see if that happens with me!!! Are you working out? If so what are you doing?

Yea I think Im really close to my 1st goal of -50lbs and I can see it a little. I quit smoking 2 yrs ago and put on 40lbs then my boyfriend and I moved in together so that was another 20lbs. I keep all my clothes so Ive been trying them on and its been really good for me mentally b/c they are fitting. I take a lot of pics too that really helps. What type of workout are you doing now.

Unfortunately my camera has broken so as soon as I get a new one I will. Can't wait because people at work say that they can see my weight loss but I want to see it! The only way that will happen is by comparing my pics. My total weight loss right now is 18 lbs. It's coming off slowly but surely!!

Just keep being consistent and the weight will fall off. When are you going to post more pics.

Thank, you!!! Can't wait for these pounds to start shedding! I've cheated quite a bit but I got my first fill today so it's time to buckle down!
