    Hoooray GE MOM, I am new to the site and also soon My doctor will be requesting approval I have Anthem BCBS and they said I needed 12 mths of trying to lose weight which did not include supervised by a physician so hopefully I will be lucky too....ANY ONE use bcbs anthem? 320--now 180-goal
