Rose, That is great, Wow 50 lbs already.
Have fun at your wedding, I bet you look amazing. Yeah the fills are complicated. I think I have had 3 maybe 4 ? fills. I can feel it now, can't eat much now. I am still working on the slowing down issue. Some day I'll get it. I have been at a plateau for a while, but I have been toning with exercise. I guess I'll have to not look at the number if I am getting firmer.
Have fun this weekend.

Hi Rose,
I don't think I was writing on the write place sorry. I have not gone to a meeting all year. I am on a Board & we meet on that day, 1st Tues. I may start going again the 1st of the year as I will be done with my commitment. If you ever have any questions those ladies on that thread most likely will have an answer, some are 3 yrs out & all ages. Very supportive group, give tough love when needed, it's a place where you can talk about anything. I have met one of them when I moved my daughter to Nevada, we had dinner together. Wish I could go to Vegas Oct 1 when they are all getting together. Keep up the good work, you look amazing.

Hi, I have lost 86 lbs so far. I was banded 7-20-09, in Saginaw. There are a few of us in the area that I know of. Glad to have you as a new friend on this journey. I belong to a thread on here called "I'm here to help" they are a great bunch of ladies from all over the country. I have been reading this post for more than a year and they will answer any question you may have. I have met one of the ladies when I moved my daughter to NV in June. Send me a message any time maybe we can get together sometime. Laura

Hi, They are pretty easy to do. First step is find big leaves. Rhubarb is the easiest to start with. Pour a mound of sand bigger than the leaf. Lay leaf over sand face down, you will be looking at the backside. Mix up quick create per directions. Trowel over leaf, stop just before the edge, put on about an inch deep. Let dry until it starts to be white. Flip over remove the dried up leaf. A small wire brush helps a lot to do this. Pick your colors, I paint the veins with a sm brush first. Mix the paint with water so it is white wash consistency, use a rag to cover both sides, multiple times so it's the color you want. If you don't water down the paint will peel off. Let dry and spray with a sealer. (Thompson has a nice one)
Good luch and beautiful leaves.
