Hi all, I tried a new reciepe tonight. I heard of them but never knew what they were. Scotch Eggs. Looked up high protein reciepes today and found them. Basically its a boiled egg wrapped in a meatball and baked. It was good. Only could eat one and it is very filling. Of course I changed the ingreds. so it wasn't as many calories. Used 1/2 sausage 1/2 gr turkey. So I know it was less than 240 calories and I think it said 32gms of protein. LauraK

Hi all, Yes I had a lunch date last Sunday, he was ok. I don't think that one will go any where. But... I went on one last night. We had a blast, had dinner then went to another place for a drink because we weren't done talking. So dinner and drink lasted over 4 hours. We have plans to meet again. Can't wait. Charlene, I am feeling better, back to work at least. I went to yoga last night and it sure made me feel good. So onward and upward. I have a date tonight for dinner. Hi All, well the crud hit me last night and today. Went to Dr Upper Resp and ear infection. Z pack for 5 days. My band is really tight I've eaten 5 bits of homemade chic soup and was full. That was 4 hours ago. Sleeping a lot so I hope I can sleep tonight. Take Care LauraK

Eva, I am doing ok. I haven't lost anything in awhile but I have went down another pant size. That makes me happy. I haven't been walking a lot miles but I have walked almost everyday. Today I worked on leaves for over 2 hrs. I can feel some muscles that I haven't used in awhile. LauraK

Linda, Got my coat at a resale shop called "cottage Drawer" in Petosky MI. It is a very ritzy community so when they get rid of stuff it's nice. No DD is not coming home for Thanksgiving, she will be home for Christmas. One of her friends told her they have a community dinner at the hall. She is going to go to that she said. This is the first time she has not been home for Thanksgiving ever. She has the # of days counted until she is home. She is doing better though. No yoga this week but I did walk on lunch and walk/ran tonight. LauraK

Eva, Wow a new job already. Good luck and glad you are so happy. I love the pics you have been posting. I haven't heard you say anything about your turtles lately. Do you still have them? I snagged the monster deal, I got a Columbia coat almost brand new for $38.00. It probably cost close to $200 brand new. Love those re-sale shops. I bought my own yoga mat today so I will be continueing yoga. Makes me feel so good when I'm done. Catch up later. LauraK
