Eva, Happy Birthday to you..... and to Apples DH Linda, my DD has had to send them more info, Fed Student loans, transcripts and now they wanted past employers. So she is still in the running. Another student that interviewed with them from her school called to say he wasn't interested but bragged her up. They told him that field office couldn't touch her until the other one made their decision, so she may have another opportunity if they don't hire her for the first area. Same Bureau of Land Mgt but different areas in NV. Hoping they make a decesion soon. Don't want to move her home if they are going to be moving her to NV. I have been shopping the consignment shops for clothes. I tend to find the tops there mostly. Jeans just seem to fit oddly so I have bought a few new pairs. Mom or my co-worker receive the hand me ups. They are both losing weight also. I tried Apples crabcakes yesterday. They are very good. Let me know how you like the other receipes when you make them. Hi All, MY all time fav perfume is Black Casmere by Donna Karan, of course they discontinued it but Secret Obsession by Polo is kind of close. I only splurge once a year on one of these kinds. I now have Brilliant White Diamonds by Liz Taylor. It's ok Charlene, by DS was born on Sept 13th, even was a Friday. Eva, I'm hoping our Meet The LB Ladies vac will be some where warm too. Hi All, Well got half of my room painted yesterday. Decided to do some more cleaning. Boy does it feel liberating to get rid of more clothes. I took 4 more bags to donate between my closet and dresser. Either they were to big or fit but I decided I wanted to dress better. I wear sweatshirts and jeans a lot. I don't have to dress up for work. DD called she got a call from the FLB, the one she interviewed with in Phoenix. They wanted her to send them her resume again. Thanks, been trying hard to keep up the exercise. I feel so much better when I do it every day, gets my mood up. I figure if you can do all that work I can too. I'm painting Minted Lemon. It's more of a green than yellow, real springy. Carpet is going to be a grey color. Only two rooms in the whole house painted other than white/cream is my room and bath. Can't figure out why I have such a hard time putting color in other rooms. hmmmm

This must have been the weekend for cleaning and redoing. My Mom gave me a mattress and boxspring. So new bed for me. Had to buy some new sheets of course. Washed all bedding, curtains, even cut them off and hemmed, just like getting new. Bought paint to do the bed room, so that is next weeks project before carpet goes in. Just love when Mom gets new, her stuff is never worn out so it comes to me. Made my nut granola, tortilla soup (knock off receipe from Quodoba's) and 2 loads of laundry. Even walked 2 miles tonight. Linda, Yes I'm still trying to quit smoking. I wear a patch all day long. I just can't make myself quit yet. I know it is out of bordom, I smoke at night and in the morning. It takes up time. Glad to see you post again. Jodi, I too love your posts, they are funny as I have said before & I'm learning about being jewish. What is tzmis? Julie, I have noticed with my DD about the speech issues. She is hearing impaired & wears 2 hearing aids. I know quite a few hearing impaired/ deaf people and it is something you can pick up just hearing even when you don't see aid or cocular implant. It will improve as they get the issues corrected. I just put a song of hers on my ipod. Love the fun beat of her songs, makes you move when out walking. A new girl at Zumba last night had this watch looking thing on her arm, but come to find out it measured her heart rate and even told her how many calories she burned. She said "wow didn't think zumba would be this good of a work out". said she burn over 600 cal in that hour. Well need to get to work, have a great day all. Laura K

Aleah, Yes that has been my experience. You have irratated it so there is inflamation. Just take it real easy stick to liquids today and it should settle down. I just had a fill on Fri, my dr says that day and next liquids, today is mushies. Last time I didn't listen and paid for it. Follow your dr orders, they are all different.
