Lori, Don't beat yourself up, life happens. Love the city, there is so much to do. We took the trax train and rode it all the way to the end then back. We went to the gateway shopping area, wow is that cool. We had dinner and shopped a bit then walked back to our hotel. Anyone looking for airfare I read this morning that Southwest is having some great specials if you book before 12 on thursday night. On our final leg of the journey in the am, then the work begins, well as soon as the moving co shows up anyway. Take care Laura K

I will give you a call in the afternoon. We are staying at Days Inn close to I80. Room is booked, should be a 10 hr drive but with stops I know it will be longer. We hope to get there by 6 or 7pm as we will be leaving here between 6 & 7am. Can't wait. Laura K

Hi Thanks for all the good travel wishes. Lori, we will most likely be hitting SLC on Wed. That is a bummer, you will be leaving as we are getting there. Linda, Looks like Des Moines on Mon. going to leave here 6 or 7 a.m. Things were up in the air as the moving co kept changing the dates. Called yesterday and said they couldn't pic up today it would be monday, called today and said it would be tomorrow. They have to pay her $200 because they can't meet there obligation. They better be here at 8 like they said, my nieces grad party is tomorrow and I've been cooking up a storm and need to be there early. I will call you when we are getting close, going to get reservation made tomorrow so I can tell you were we will be. It's a 10 hr drive, figuring more for stops. I sure will give a report on Excalibur. One of my Master Gardener friends is a travel agent she booked it for me. One for the easy parking, it's on a corner and two because it was close to the airport.

We are staying at the Escalipur on July 1. It is only 43 and change for 1 king size bed. I can let you know how the rooms are. Look good on line. Only thing I see is it is at the end of the strip away from downtown but close to the airport. Laura K

Hi All, Does any one have any prozac to share? My DD is going to drive me to drink soon. Moving Co doesn't want to come until Mon now so that throws a monkey wrench into the plans. She only gets half the info, can't seem to prioritize crap. Do they ever grow up? Ok hopefully I got that out of my system now. I am reading Dr Laura Schlessinger's book called "Stop whining, Start Living" It's pretty good, makes you stop and think how it all fits into your life. I am trying to put into practice some of the things she says with the situation right now. ughhhhhhhhh Not sure I can do Vegas in Oct as that is the 1st of our fiscal year here at work. I'll see what I can do, I can kill two birds with one stone on that trip, meet all of you fantastic ladies and see DD. I can say my weight loss has stalled, not losing for a while, after this trip I am hitting it hard. It's amazing how one extra person can throw life off kilter. Take care, have a great day LauraK

Kurby, I started chaning my eating the day I went for my first consult. Lost 25 lbs before surg date. I think it made it easier for me to do the 10 liquids, mushies, and then onwards. I figured I was in this all the way or not at all. I didn't get the concept of "last supper". I still crave sugar at times but not the breads. You can do this, you are already ahead of the game by staying with these ladies and posting. Congrats to Nels for graduation. Charlene, you are amazing being able to do the shakes all this time. My Ex is 6'5" so I thought pics way up high is where they were supposed to be lol I'm 5'2", every time I hang something I have to move it down a couple of times. Phyl, My Ex also has a pig cooking business, he wraps the pork butt/shoulder/loin in foil before closing he pours in apple juice and garlic salt. Checks to see if they are still moist if not add more juice. One thing nice I can say is he can now cook great, at least pork and chicken. Laurak

Linda, Our plan is to stay in Des Moines on our first night. It will be a ten hr drive but we decided to travel longer on the first day as it will get pretty long after that. I guess I will just wait and see what happens, not oppossed to being a "cougar" lol No really don't want to young of one around. Karen, wonderful pic, you are so beautiful in and out. Janet, I've been thinking about the boot camp but they are doing it every night for a couple of weeks at a time. Kurby, you go girl sounds like you have a very busy time planned. That is a joke that has been going on around my house. I tease my DS and his buddy that I'm going to be a cougar. But then I think why do I want to finish raising someone elses child. lol There's one out there some where for me.
