Hey girl…how are you? I am hanging in there. I have not lost another pound in two weeks. I am up to working out 4 days a week. I see you have your first fill tomorrow…I will be going today. I need it bad…I can eat more than a cup and I don’t like that. I wish I could only eat 900 but I think I need to get some food ideas. You are so right about “Whoever believes this process is the easy way out is terribly mistaken.” I am at the point where I need to re-evaluate and come up with my plan. I feel like I need to write everything out. My goal was to be down 20lbs by the start of Football season and I am 6 pounds away. I need to heck in more often…motivation is sooo needed on my end.
