I suck...lol. I was doing great all day and felt like I was about to pass out a couple of times. I stopped and purchased some wonton soup broth from the chinese restaurant and added some grilled shrimp I made on the stove with Pam :-|. I feel like I wasn't totally prepared. Breakfast - 1 cup plain soy milk and 1 scoop advanced whey protein powder, snack - SF jello, lunch - greek yogurt with a tablespoon proten powder, snack 2- SF Choc pudding with a tablespoon protein powder, evening snack - Unjury shake with water and of course D- 2 cups wonton broth and 5 grilled shrimp. I figure the shrimp can hurt its all protein right? I will be more prepared tomorrow, however, I feel like this is going to beharer than I think. I did mange to get in all my water but I think the calories are way too low. How are you doing?
