This has helped, I am on the mushie stage but I worry about the carbs that I am eating right now. As of yesterday I am trying to walk 2 miles a day. Since I work at a school what I do is walk around the gym until I have reached my 2 miles. The pain is subsiding some I guess my body is trying to get use tot he foreign object in there. It is hard for me to get over 48 ounces of water because I am trying to make a habit of not drinking while eating. So I guess it will be trial and era. How are you feeling so far.
