i have been heavy all my life always as a kid i got into alot of fights due to other kids making fun of my weight, i currently43 years old and i  am suffering from sleep apnea that is effecting my memory and my work life i have put my depostit down and i am going to get a date in september not looking forward to the optifast/medical for 3 weeks (because i am a male i get a extra week whoooooo)date is set for september 15 2009 just  have to do the psycoligist and dietition and start optifast on aug 25 that is the hard part but i will do it and like it !************ 5 days till i start 3 weeks of shakes and i am excited but shit scared as well i can do it no doubt about it*******************************
