Hello Diana, everyone loses at a different pace. I got banded on Feb 12th 2009. My Aunt 1 week after me..She lost like 95 lbs in less than 6 months. It was hard because mine was very slow. I have lost 80lbs but it has taken me 1 year. It tooks 3 to 4 fills before I really felt a difference. I am glad I took it slow. You kinda slide into a new life and a new way of thinking. Keep your chin up . You will get there.

I am a coffee freak. So here is my high protien Iced Coffee. 8 oz of low fat milk 4 oz cold strong coffee 2 scoops of protien powder 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate surup 2 teaspoon splenda Mix well and add ice. great as a meal..and pick me up
