I just started using this site yesterday and have found it very comforting. I was banded on March 20 and have only lost about 15 pounds, all of it during the first month. I have lost alot of inches though, through walking, yoga, the Pecor ,weights, walkiong my dog, etc. I exercise often and hard and have dropped several dress sizesand look much thinner. I have just started the 5 day pouch Test. Hopefully, that will help. I think I eat too much though. I'm hungry from all the activity.That's the real reason I am not losing weight!:smile2:
