    thank you for the list. My nutritionist gave vague information at our session, this helps a great deal. I get to start applesauce tomorrow and can hardly wait. Lost 16 pounds first week and rearing to go for more.

    I am on 2nd day after surgery and really do not feel like consuming any calories. Have any of you responded in this manner after surgery. Feel good, just don't feel like drinking anything.
