i had a hernia with mine, so when people asked why i wasnt eating normal food i said because of the hernia surgery. then i would add it is a great way to jump start my diet , dont worry people are just fishing for info. btw i was band july10 and down 25lb from 262. most of it will power my first fill is aug 24, but i dont seem to get real hungry anymore is that normal? good luck all... -

5 oreos is about 267 cals. do some extra excercise, and thank yourself for not eating the whole bag. -

all went good here,but my room didnt have a tv so bored in the middle of the night.just a spoiled American i guess lol -
banded on july 10 2009 all is well.back home on clear liquids. things went better then i dreamed. my body hurt untill 10 at night but very manageable with pain meds.my question is how many cals do you expect to consume on clear liquids

my wife had the rnu and she was a big smoker {no pun intened} the dr.put her on a new drug called chantax worked great she has lost 105lbs and quit smoking

iam a male and people mostly men just come right out and say {boy you are fat} one guy said how is your wife handling your weight gain. i didnt really know what to say so i said were all fat at sometime in are life. iam due to be banded july 10 cant wait. -
it looks to me like you are doing good, maybe you just dont like the time it is taking? you are going in the right direction. keep up the good work.

self pay july 10th banding ready to go. surgery in detriot mi. great lakes weight loss center. have done research on line, dr weber seems like a soild surgen, anybody have any word or news about this place harper hospital.
